Our client, a prominent bank in Dubai, is seeking a hands-on VP of Transformation to drive end-to-end delivery of critical programmes.
This is not a PMO or governance-heavy role. We need a proven delivery leader who thrives in the detail — someone who has personally led complex transformations from design through to successful implementation and benefits realisation within banking.
The Opportunity
You will own the full lifecycle of high-impact transformation programmes spanning digital, technology, operating model, and customer experience. Working closely with C-level stakeholders, you will roll up your sleeves, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives land on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant hands-on delivery experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within Tier 1 global banks (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of end-to-end ownership — strategy translation, execution, stakeholder management, and tangible results delivery
- Deep understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory environments
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed organisations across multiple workstreams
- Ideally based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai
