We are seeking an accomplished Vice President – Hospitality Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across a hospitality portfolio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This senior executive opportunity is suited to an experienced hospitality leader with a strong track record in luxury or premium hospitality environments and a proven ability to manage complex property and operational functions.
The Vice President will oversee hospitality and property operations while driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, commercial performance, and world‑class service standards. The role will have broad responsibility across Food & Beverage, culinary operations, spa and wellness, health and safety, regulatory compliance, IT systems, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Proven leadership experience within luxury or premium hospitality environments.

- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and culinary operations.
- Experience with spa and wellness operations is valuable.
