Arabian Paws Veterinary Clinic is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointments, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Coordinate with veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and other clinic staff.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle basic cash/transaction records.
- Explain clinic services, vaccination schedules, grooming, boarding, and other available services to clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatments, vaccinations, and pending payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate medical or complex issues to the veterinary team.
- Support the daily administrative operations of the clinic.
