Project Overview
A modern and advanced project for egg production that relies on the latest technologies in the breeding and management of egg-laying hens, aiming to achieve the highest standards of quality, productivity, and biosecurity.
Responsibilities
- Complete supervision of the health of poultry flocks and monitoring their daily condition.
- Preparation and implementation of improvement, treatment, and prevention programs according to best veterinary practices.
- Application and monitoring of biosecurity procedures within the project and limiting the spread of diseases.
- Diagnosis of disease cases and conducting necessary examinations and taking appropriate treatment measures.
- Monitoring performance indicators and productivity such as feed conversion ratios, egg production, feed and water consumption, and shell quality.
- Supervision of feeding programs in coordination with specialists and analyzing any performance changes.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submitting them to management.
- Management of the inventory of veterinary medicines, vaccines, and supplies, ensuring their optimal use.
- Training staff on animal health procedures and proper handling of poultry.
- Coordination with laboratories and specialized entities when necessary and conducting necessary tests and sending samples for analysis.
- Participation in developing plans to improve production and reduce costs and losses.
Basic Requirement
A previous experience and active work in poultry projects is required, and applications from candidates whose experience is limited to meat birds or other animals will not be considered.
