DP World Jeddah is expanding its operations team and seeking experienced port and terminal professionals for immediate opportunities.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in container terminal, vessel, yard, gate, and landside operations within port and terminal environments. Skilled in vessel discharge/loading planning, yard allocation, container positioning, cargo handling, and operational coordination to ensure maximum productivity and operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of terminal operating systems (TOS), yard strategy, inventory control, container tracking, operational reporting, and equipment utilization management. Proven ability to supervise operational activities, deploy manpower and equipment effectively, and coordinate with planning, operations, technical, HSE, customers, vessel crew, and agents.
Demonstrated expertise in safety compliance, implementation of HSE standards, workflow optimization, productivity improvement, and operational performance monitoring through KPIs including truck turnaround time, equipment utilization, and vessel productivity.
Experienced in leading teams, resolving operational challenges, supporting process improvements, maintaining operational accuracy, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and terminal operational standards.
