Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable – Processing invoices, payments, and collections.
Bank Reconciliations – Ensuring bank statements match accounting records.
Financial Reporting Assistance – Helping prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Tax Compliance Support – Assisting in VAT filings, corporate tax compliance, and payroll tax processing.
Expense Tracking & Budgeting – Monitoring business expenses and supporting budget preparation.
Assisting Audits – Supporting internal and external audit requirements by providing documentation.
Inventory & Fixed Asset Accounting – Keeping track of company assets and depreciation schedules.

Detailed:

· Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.

· Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.

· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

· Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.

· Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

· Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.

· Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.

· Generate age analysis & Review AR aging to ensure compliance.

· Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

· Assist with month-end closing.

· Prepare monthly sales analysis report.

· Prepare the aging stock report and submit to the management with a proposal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
