- Responsible for ensuring adequate stock availability on shelf 24/7 with 7 days stock cover
- Maintain freshness of stock in Store outlets
- Responsible for stock rotation
- Provide inputs towards short term and medium term related to Brand Development
- Interfacing with Traditional Trade Customer Top / second line management levels for distribution and in-market executions
- Assist with Trade Marketing contracts in Key Accounts and Traditional Trade
- Address stock listing, availability, visibility and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines
- Liaises with the logistics function to ensure timely issue of stock to Vans
- Responsible for Collections as per set standards and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations
- In-depth understanding of HHT related issue, MSL and Competition activities
- Understanding of factors and trends affecting the market: Price changes, Growing industries, etc.
- Provides direct supervision of Vans Sales Representatives (in the absence of Van Sales Supervisor) including objective setting and Coaching
- Responsible for on-the-job training of new joiners and probation monitoring
- Responsible for performance evaluation and individual career development
- Deliver sales training to the field force
- Plans to increase the Distribution/ Strike Rates
- Creativity in placing displays in traditional trades and Retail Activation
- Takes part in creating an innovation culture
