Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Valuation Specialist to join our team in Al Rayyan. This role is central to providing accurate and insightful valuations for businesses, assets, and investment opportunities. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to support transactions, financial reporting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business valuations using methodologies such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and client presentations
- Support mergers & acquisitions, investment analysis, and financial restructuring projects
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to inform valuation assumptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and valuation best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable
- 3–5 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory services
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
