Essential Functions:

The Valet Parking Attendant forms part of the Rooms Division and assists in the hotel lobby and arrival/departure experience of the hotel.

A valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure.

The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest.

Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.

Must be able to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays.

Must have experience in a line or supervisory position in related positions.

  • Greet guests arriving at the resort and drive their vehicle safely to a designated parking area.
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
  • Monitor property front entrance and guest arrivals.
  • Report any problems or unusual activities to management.
  • Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly and memorable service to guests and employees that differentiates us from the competition.
  • Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet check-in.
  • Park vehicles in designated areas in accordance with standard stacking procedures to maximize speed and efficiency of parking service.
  • Retrieve vehicles from valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines and offer guests a sincere farewell, assist with bags and offer directions.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of guest services and front of house operations. Creativity and organization are key along with strong work ethics and people skills. Applicants are required to have at least three to five years in room division capacity. Good communication skills. Must have previous relevant work experience. Must have a driving license.
