Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate UV printing machines according to job specifications
Prepare printing materials, inks, and substrates for each job
Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistency and accuracy
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of UV printers
Troubleshoot machine issues and report any major malfunctions
Follow safety standards and company procedures during operation
Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and material usage
Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client requirements and deadlines
Requirements:
High school diploma or technical certification in printing or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating UV flatbed printers (e.g., Mimaki, Roland, Canon, etc.)
Good understanding of color matching, print layouts, and material handling
Ability to read and interpret work orders and design files
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if required
