Position Overview
We are looking for a Utilities Supervisor to oversee and manage our utilities operations, including air, water, electricity, and wastewater treatment services. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable utility services to support our manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Led and supervised the utility operations team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services
Maintain compliance with EHS regulations and safety protocols
Monitor and achieve utility production targets while maintaining quality standards
Coordinate manpower allocation and resource management
Support emergency response and maintenance activities
Participate in technical problem-solving and improvement initiatives
Contribute to budget planning and CAPEX projects
Develop and train team members
Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering OR Technical certificate/diploma in relevant field
4+ years of experience with a degree OR 7+ years with a technical certificate
Proven experience in industrial utility operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Technical knowledge of utility systems and operations
