Job Description
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or F&B staff.
Coordinating amenity deliveries and replenishment of room amenities.
Attend to guest/customer requests and assigned errands promptly.
Perform various food and beverage service-related duties as required.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
High school diploma or GED
1 year experience in food and beverage service preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage crowds and remain calm under pressure
Highly organized with attention to detail
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
