Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of urological conditions, including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and kidney stones.
Perform a wide range of urological procedures, such as laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, and minimally invasive procedures.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex urological cases.
Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
ClinicalLeadership:
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportivelearning environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of urology.
Stayup-to-datewith the latest advancements in urology technology and techniques.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Essential:
Board certification in Urology
Significant clinical experience in urology
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
Desirable:
Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., urologic oncology, urodynamics)
Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
A passion for teaching and research
