We are seeking an Internal Auditor to oversee and strengthen our control environment. This is a high-visibility role that reports critical insights directly to senior leadership and the Chairman’s Office.
As an Internal Auditor, you will be more than a monitor—you will be a strategic partner helping management refine governance frameworks while ensuring every business unit operates with precision and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Your mission is to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation through the following:
- Audit Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans across all business units.
- Comprehensive Auditing: Conduct rigorous operational, financial, and compliance audits to ensure "best-in-class" performance.
- Control Evaluation: Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures, identifying weaknesses before they become issues.
- Insightful Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports and present high-level findings directly to the Chairman’s Office.
- Investigations: Lead investigations into reported incidents, irregularities, or potential misconduct when required.
- Follow-up & Accountability: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and coordinate with department heads to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in internal auditing, with a proven track record of managing audits across multiple entities or complex business units.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices.
