Urgent Hiring – Fleet Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Position: Fleet Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance of all company equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure proper scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance, availability, and readiness for operations.
- Coordinate with workshops, mechanics, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for all fleet activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of fleet efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, heavy equipment maintenance, or workshop supervision.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair workflows.
- Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and using maintenance tracking systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise mechanics and coordinate with site teams.
- Familiarity with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational needs.
