Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained at all times.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS system transactions efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards within the restaurant.
- Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years as a waiter in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Skills:
Fluent in English speaking (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
