Job Description:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage key operational processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and optimal performance.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance industry.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges as they arise.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of processes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Insurance broking experience will be an added advantage.
