We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smart Home Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Smart Home Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the designing, installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of various home automation systems. You will work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs to build the offer of the operation of home automation systems.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain various home automation systems, such as Home Automation System, CCTV, Sound System, WAP, Structured Cabling, Access Control, and Intercom.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of home automation systems to ensure optimal performance and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
Deliver comprehensive training to clients on the operation and maintenance of home automation systems, ensuring they can maximize the benefits of the technology.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and recommend suitable home automation solutions that meet their needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project milestones.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, installations, and modifications for future reference.
Work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance efficiency in the installation and maintenance of home automation systems.
Utilize your expertise in design, estimation, and the creation of technical proposals for home automation projects.
Upsell AMCs to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, installing and configuring home automation systems.
Strong knowledge of home automation protocols such as KNX, Z-Wave, Zigbee, Network and Wi-Fi.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with reading and understanding drawings and specifications of low current systems provided by clients.
Working knowledge of ETS (KNX), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for the creation of necessary shop drawings.
Highly preferred
Possession of a UAE driving license.
Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Certifications in home automation systems or related fields.
Knowledge of High-end cinema design
