To ensure that sales volume, collection & contribution margin monthly targets are met within his region by carrying out planning for sales activity, setting targets by customer & by product, controlling cash collection, ensuring employees are trained & motivated to carry out their demanding jobs to ensure regional profitability targets are met.
Responsibilities
Budgets and Plans: Contribute to the preparation of the Traditional Trade section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
Supervision of Subordinates: Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Traditional Trade activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
Day-to-day Operations:
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Traditional Trade to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
To deliver on regional sales volume targets by effective planning, controlling sales activities including inventory & accounts receivable to ensure monthly targets are met.
To ensure the monthly contribution target for region is met by controlling the selling of premium SKUs in his region to ensure profitability targets are met.
To replace lost customers, upgrade customers & search for additional customers by identifying target customers who may be able to sell Edible oils & discussing their addition to the customer list to ensure AIC has a constant flow of new customers.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.
Language: Arabic & English.
Experience: 4 – 7 years’ relevant experience.
