We are currently looking to hire a UC Senior Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled unified communication Engineer (Avaya, Cisco) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience implementing and supporting AVAYA Aura solutions, Cisco unified communications, Session border controllers and contact center is a plus, with a strong background in telecommunications and related technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to solve complex technical issues, apply change requests, implementation and support phases of projects.
Must
Haves
- 5+ years experience working with unified communication, call center systems.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Technical Certifications from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
- Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
