We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join a leading organization operating at the intersection of banking and fintech. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UX research expertise, product thinking, and high-quality UI design to deliver impactful digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end UX research (user interviews, usability testing, analytics)
- Translate insights into intuitive, high-impact user experiences
- Design mobile apps, web platforms, and back-office systems
- Collaborate with Product to define strategy and roadmap
- Build and maintain design systems and UI standards
- Drive data-informed design decisions to improve conversion, engagement, and CSAT
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Proven experience in fintech, banking, or financial platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design and measurable impact
- Expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design
- Hands-on experience with Figma and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Maze)
- Experience designing complex workflows (payments, onboarding, dashboards)
- Experience in the Saudi market
- Background in payment systems platforms
- Exposure to design systems at scale and compliance-driven environments
