. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams
, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to deliver exceptional user interfaces and experiences.
Responsibilities  User Research Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences. Analyze and interpret data from user feedback, surveys, and analytics.
Wireframing and
Prototyping
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
User Interface Design Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Usability Testing Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on prototypes and implemented designs. Use findings to refine and improve designs for optimal user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with project goals and timelines. Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to
cross-functional teams
. Stay Current with Design Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. Continuously improve skills and stay updated on the latest design tools and methodologies.
Documentation:
Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and guidelines. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Accessibility:
Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, making digital products
inclusive
and user-friendly for all.
Requirements  – Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering or a related field.
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
– Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
– Excellent
communication
and
collaboration
skills.
– Ability to work in a
