Responsibilities
- Approach highly detailed and professional designs for various platforms including websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to improve user journeys.
- Communicate design intent through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
- Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure design feasibility.
- Craft engaging designs for social updates, case studies, and other digital assets.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and an open mind toward receiving and implementing feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design to ensure applications work across multiple screen sizes and devices.
- Expert knowledge of the graphics production process.
- Ability to translate user requirements into intuitive and functional design approaches.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to learn new tools quickly in a fast-evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest visual design trends and UI/UX standards.
