We are seeking a talented and experiencedUI Designertojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance design decisions.
Stayup-to-datewith the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to maintain design excellence.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across projects.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets.
Optimize designs for various devices, screen sizes, and accessibility standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience working with design systems and creating reusable components.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskills.
Attention to detailand a passion for creating user-centered designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience inAgile developmentenvironments.
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing practices.
