At Gleeds in the UAE are inviting applications to be considered for future opportunities. We will have roles open at various levels for qualified and proactive Project Management and MRICS chartered Cost Management professionals.
Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organisation
- 5+ years experience living and working in the GCC
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning.
- Extensive buildings project experience, in hospitality, mixed use, stadia, residential
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasks
- Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written
- Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or project management
- Native English level written and oral skills
