Al‑Futtaim Health is inviting Emirati nationals with a valid family book to join our Health Hub Clinics as a Patient Relations Supervisor.
This opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our continued commitment to Emiratisation and developing local leadership talent within healthcare services.
As a Patient Relations Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing front‑office operations, supporting Patient Relations Executives, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery across clinic locations throughout Dubai.
Work Pattern
- Full‑time or part‑time opportunities available.
- Minimum of 30 hours per week, spread over 5 working days.
- Clinic‑based roles across various Health Hub locations in Dubai.
- Rostered schedules aligned with clinic operations.
Your Impact
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and patient‑centred experience at clinic level.
- Support smooth front‑office operations and efficient patient flow.
- Lead and guide Patient Relations Executives to deliver service excellence.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction, complaint resolution, and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities of Patient Relations Executives at assigned clinics.
- Provide hands‑on support and act as floor supervisor to ensure service standards are met.
- Monitor performance, waiting times, patient complaints, and service quality indicators.
- Support the Unit In‑Charge in front‑office operations and administrative functions.
- Ensure patient enquiries are converted to services in line with business targets.
- Oversee patient satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and share insights with management.
- Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and operational statistics as required.
- Support staff rostering, coverage planning, and operational effectiveness.
- Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of systems, tools, and initiatives that enhance patient experience.
- Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution.

Who You Are
- Emirati national with a valid family book (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in business administration or management is an advantage.
- Proven experience supervising or leading administrative or patient‑facing teams.
- Strong background in customer service, front‑office, or patient relations roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
