We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Collaboration Coordinator & Admin. This role is essential for building strong business relationships, coordinating with suppliers, and expanding our supplier network worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers, as well as handling administrative tasks related to business development, partnership coordination, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Coordination & Sourcing:
Identify and onboard new suppliers globally, ensuring they meet quality and pricing standards.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Conduct thorough price comparisons and market research to ensure competitive procurement.
Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers for long-term partnerships.
Business Development & B2B Partnerships:
Establish and manage B2B partnerships with key industry players.
Explore new business collaboration opportunities and market trends.
Arrange and coordinate online meetings with suppliers, clients, and potential business partners.
Represent the company in negotiations and strategic discussions to expand business opportunities.
Administrative & Communication Tasks:
Handle professional email correspondence, phone calls, and WhatsApp communication with suppliers and partners.
Schedule and manage business meetings, follow-ups, and reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation of supplier agreements, contracts, and negotiations.
Support general administrative tasks related to procurement, business collaboration, and office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Well-educated, preferably with experience in business development, supply chain management, procurement, or international trade.
Communication & Negotiation:
Fluent in English (written & verbal) with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms, including email, phone, WhatsApp, and online meeting tools.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and business management software.
Strong market research and pricing analysis abilities.
Understanding of import/export processes and international trade regulations.
Work Ethic & Organization:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team.
Ability to adapt to different time zones and coordinate effectively with international suppliers.
