In this role, you will support the sales team in delivering a seamless customer experience by coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing documentation, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations. You will play a key role in helping the branch achieve its sales objectives while creating exceptional experiences for our customers.
What You Will Do
- Support the sales team with vehicle documentation, invoicing, and delivery processes
- Verify customer and financial documents to ensure accurate and timely transactions
- Coordinate the preparation, display, and tracking of demo and display vehicles
- Assist in maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and inventory management activities
- Organize vehicle registration, transfer documentation, inspections, and related administrative tasks
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and operational efficiency
- Contribute to a customer-first culture by supporting a smooth and professional sales journey
