Guildhall is recruiting on behalf of a leading international consumer health and personal care business that is expanding its commercial operations in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial professional with strong UAE retail relationships and experience growing consumer brands across multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and grow key accounts across pharmacy, modern trade, beauty retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce.
-Build relationships with buyers and category managers.
-Open new accounts and secure new product listings.
-Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and trade activities.
-Manage vendor onboarding, product setup, and launch execution.
-Drive sales growth through merchandising, promotions, and account development.
-Monitor forecasting, stock levels, reorders, and sales performance.
-Support online marketplace execution across platforms such as Amazon and Noon.
