We are looking for a Document controller or engineering secretory to join our Survey Engineering division.
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Ensure the timeline for report submission to consultant or clients.
Coordinate with surveyor, design and project team to submit the proper report submission
Prepare all documents based on the quality procedures for internal and external audit.
Maintaining all correspondence and other transmittals in a systematic way to facilitate an easy reference at all times.
