Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a Typist cum PRO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with UAE government procedures and possess excellent typing skills in both English and Arabic. You will be responsible for preparing and processing legal documents, dealing with various government departments, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately type and prepare various legal and business-related documents in English and Arabic.
- Handle all tasks related to visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, medical fitness applications, and company license renewals.
- Liaise with various government authorities, including the Ministry of Labour, Immigration (GDRFA), Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Department, etc.
- Manage the timely submission and follow-up of all PRO-related documents.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with legal standards and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date records of employee visas, renewals, and expiration dates.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in business setup, trade license amendments, and related PRO services as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar Typist/PRO role.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in typing both English and Arabic with speed and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and online government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be well-presented, professional, and customer-service oriented.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
- Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
