Who We’re Looking For:
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment roles.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage the full recruitment process.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process for various roles within the company.
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintain up-to-date records of all candidates.
Communicate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.
