Head of Strategic Sourcing – MUST BE TURKISH SPEAKER – Global Commercial Bank based in Doha, Qatar – OPEN TO RELOCATORS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE REGION

This global commercial bank, headquartered in Doha, is looking to hire aTurkish speaking VP Sourcingcandidate with strongleadershipskills to head up their sourcing function as part of the development of their in-house procurement function.

This bank operates in 31 countries with over 28,000 employees, making itone of the largest banks in the region. You will be tasked in this role to build and define sourcing strategies, KPIs, and supplier metrics while managing teams of buyers and managers.

A Turkish speaker is a must-have requirement for this role; therefore, this organization is willing to support relocation globally and provide a strong salary andpackage TAX FREEto support this.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Lead a sourcing function that operates globally, managing a range of indirect and material spend.

Drive the improvement in supplier relationships across the bank with afocus on innovationanddiversity.

Experience Required for This Role:

MUST BE A TURKISH SPEAKER.

Senior procurement and sourcing experience across a range of categories; banking or FS sector experience is not a must.

Ability to demonstrateteam leadershipand the ability to develop staff.

Desire to relocate to Doha.
