Bebek Restaurant is looking for a skilled Grill and Kebab Preparation Chef with a passion for authentic Turkish cuisine to join our team.
Job Title: TURKISH Grill and Kebab Preparation Chef
Job Description:
- Prepare, marinate, and skewer various meats for traditional Turkish kebabs (Adana, Urfa, Shish, Doner, etc.)
- Handle all aspects of meat preparation, including butchering, portioning, marination, and proper storage
- Grill meats over open flame or charcoal with consistency and precision
- Maintain traditional Turkish flavors and presentation standards
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth and efficient service
- Maintain grill station equipment and supplies
Requirements:
* Must be TURKISH NATIONAL
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Turkish or International restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Turkish grill techniques and meat preparation
- Skilled in handling and preparing different types of meat for kebabs
- Able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results
- Must be available to join immediately
