Responsibilities
Understand the project scope, technical, quality, and safety requirements, including applicable regulations, procedures, and company rules.
Lead coordination, review, and validation of technical and execution deliverables related to transportation & installation engineering and execution, including riser loadout, transportation, installation analysis, subsea activities, and more.
Review and endorse T&I plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project plans and coordination with other departments and projects.
Support safety leadership and ensure safe execution, adhering to LNG work management systems and supporting HSE initiatives.
Approve T&I design and operational changes following PMOC processes.
Engage with Operations, Marine, and Logistics teams for input, feedback, and alignment.
Provide regular progress reports and monitor offshore execution against schedules, addressing contractor performance issues proactively.
Ensure offshore survival certification and offshore medical evaluation pass.
Minimum Requirements
At least 8 years of T&I execution experience in a leadership role, with 5 years offshore installation vessel experience.
Extensive knowledge of offshore installation, heavy lifts, pipeline, cable, riser installation, and transportation.
Worldwide experience with offshore contractors.
Knowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessment, and international standards.
Proficiency in English and computer applications relevant to the role.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively across disciplines and cultures.
Offshore survival certificate and ability to pass offshore medical evaluations; OPITO certification is a plus.
