Contribute to the development of JCA corporate strategy through developing Treasury department strategy to ensure the alignment of Treasury strategic plans with JCA corporate direction and objectives.
Develop departmental plans and cascade objectives for Treasury department to facilitate the development of departmental strategies to ensure alignment and coordination between departments in the pursuit of business excellence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with major banks (local & foreign) and financial institutions.
Serve as the primary liaison for all banking matters.
Lead & support treasury team on day-to-day operation and solve any issues faced.
Lead in providing audit requirements & all data required by auditors whether external or internal when needed.
Lead the process of negotiating for best foreign exchange rates.
Evaluate new banking products and services.
Obtain, Lead & Manage bank facilities and compare prices of offered borrowings along with major terms and conditions, monitor financial covenants ratios, and required types of securities.
Oversee & manage loan maturity ladder to cover funds for loan installments, loan interest, and loan settlement.
Lead & manage banks annual review and renewal of facility process and to always negotiate better term.
Ensure optimal utilization of existing credit facilities.
Monitor and manage compliance with all credit agreements and covenants.
Lead the Treasury department employees by managing their performance, establishing work priorities, developing and motivating staff, provide continuous feedback and appraisal to maximize individual and departmental performance to achieve corporate objectives.
Ensure that Treasury teams receive adequatetraining and developmentactivities, in coordination with HR teams, using effective methods such as demonstrations,on-the-job training, courses, workshops, etc. to meet employees’ training needs, minimize mistakes and achieve performance targets.
Foster acollaborativeandresults-driventeam environment.
Prepare regular reports on cash flow, credit utilization, and treasury activities.
Present findings and recommendations tosenior management.
Minimum Qualifications:
University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum Experience:
Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain concepts preferred.
At least 3-5 years working experience in Accounting, Finance or Banking Industry or in a similar function/role in the Treasury Department of a large international company.
Proven experience in managing bank relationships and securing credit facilities.
Proficiency infinancial analysisand cash flow forecasting.
Knowledge of treasury management systems is a plus.
