Profile:
Must have:
5-10 Years of relevant work experience
Must possess an accounting graduation degree
Main Accountabilities:
Upload invoices in electronic banking
Review WPS and Non WPS payroll files prior to uploading in Bank portal
Verify and approve IBAN in IFS
Issue remittance advices to vendors
Prepare cash forecasts in coordination with Cost Control and Accounting
Prepare cash calls and Eurocash transactions
Support GBS banking team in bank reconciliation and invoice matching
Keep track of Bank Guarantees, including issuance and record charges
Record interest income and expenses, and allocate to correct projects
Forecast medium- and long-term funding and hedging needs where applicable
Monitor and manage daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts and currencies
Nice to have:
Experience with treasury management systems (TMS)
Knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk management
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with cash pooling and cash concentration structures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
