Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for company executives and staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and maintain travel itineraries and agendas for company trips.
Monitor and track travel expenses and provide expense reports to management.
Act as a point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding travel policies and procedures.
Ensure that all travel documentation is in order, including visas and travel insurance.
Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to improve travel management processes.
Assist in negotiating contracts with travel service providers to optimize costs.
Skills
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational andmultitaskingskills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detailand a high level of accuracy in work.
Desired Experience
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years of professional experience in travel management or administrative support.
Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with online travel booking tools and expense management software.
Prior experience handling international travel arrangements is a plus.
