Job description
Spark Limo Tourism looking for a proactive and dynamic Travel Desk Agent to manage travel-related operations, handle customer inquiries, and oversee supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fleet management, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of vehicles to effectively convert inquiries into leads and provide top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle travel desk operations, including responding to online inquiries and managing travel arrangements.
Convert online inquiries into leads and build strong customer relationships.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and manage vehicle fleets effectively.
Ensure proper maintenance and availability of vehicles while advising clients on suitable options.
Address customer needs promptly and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, supplier agreements, and client interactions.
Stay informed about vehicles, fleet operations, and market trends to optimize service quality
Qualification
Minimum 1 years of experience in tourism, travel desk, fleet Management or customer service roles, preferably in the UAE
Proven track record in customer service and lead conversion.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of vehicles and fleet operations.
Proficient in handling online inquire
Smart, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
