We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Cutter to oversee and execute the cutting of fabrics for the production of women’s clothing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-quality garment production, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the cutting process of all fabric types, ensuring precise measurements and cuts to create garments that meet design specifications.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that patterns, fabric requirements, and cutting schedules align with the overall production plan.
Supervise and train cutting room staff to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
Maintain and organize cutting equipment, ensuring they are kept in optimal working condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve cutting issues that may arise during the production process.
Review patterns and fabric to ensure minimal waste while adhering to quality standards.
Assist in pattern making and fabric sourcing when necessary.
Ensure all work is done in a timely manner, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Cutter in the garment industry, preferably in high-end women’s fashion.
Strong understanding of fabric types, patterns, and garment construction.
Expertise in using cutting machines and manual cutting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret design sketches, technical specifications, and patterns.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a team.
High attention to detail and precision in all aspects of the cutting process.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Immediate availability to join and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
