iWA Yalla Tourism LLC is expanding its international travel division and is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant – Global Visa & Outbound Holidays to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound holiday sales, international travel planning, and global visa services. You should be confident in creating customized travel experiences, preparing competitive quotations, managing worldwide visa applications, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries for international holiday packages and worldwide visa services.
- Design personalized travel itineraries for leisure, family, honeymoon, corporate, FIT, and group travel.
- Prepare accurate and competitive travel quotations for global destinations.
- Advise clients on tourist visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for various countries.
- Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, embassies, and travel suppliers to deliver seamless travel solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Promote travel insurance, cruises, rail passes, sightseeing tours, airport transfers, and other travel add-ons.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and nurture leads generated through digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Utilize hotel booking systems, airline portals, supplier extranets, and travel booking platforms to source the best travel options.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking confirmation and customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound travel sales and/or global visa services.
- Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations and travel products.
- Sound understanding of worldwide tourist visa requirements and documentation.
- Proven experience preparing customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Hands-on experience using CRM software.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems, airline portals, supplier extranets, and online travel booking platforms.
- Experience handling enquiries generated through social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Fluent in English. Hindi is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of popular destinations across Europe, CIS, Southeast Asia, the Far East, and other international markets.
- Experience selling cruise holidays, rail passes, travel insurance, and other ancillary travel products.
- Strong consultative selling, upselling, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple client enquiries.
