Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician with pivot experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the UAE and fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic. The AC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring that they function efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including both residential and commercial units.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of systems.
Experience in pivot systems and related applications.
Diagnose and fix system breakdowns and provide high-quality service and solutions.
Ensure compliance with all UAE safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage service reports, job sheets, and required documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining technical details in simple terms.
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Arabic to handle customer requests and coordinate with team members.
Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and ensure all work is performed to high standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-4 years of relevant AC technician experience in the UAE is required.
Proficiency in pivot systems and a solid understanding of HVAC operations.
Strong knowledge of AC repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
UAE driving license is preferred not mandatory.
Ability to handle manual work in both outdoor and indoor environments.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Education:
A Diploma or Certification in HVAC technology, refrigeration, or a related field.
