Develop road designs based on project requirements and local regulations.
Perform geotechnical investigations to determine the soil conditions.
Ensure alignment, grading, drainage, and pavement design meet engineering standards.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to finalize road design.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare reports on the project’s status, budget, and any issues that arise.
Supervise the construction of roads to ensure compliance with approved designs and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are in place.
Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
Enforce safety protocols for workers and visitors.
Conduct site surveys and assess conditions to determine the most suitable design and construction methods.
Measure and assess land features, such as slopes, drainage, and environmental factors.
Recommend appropriate materials for road construction (e.g., asphalt, concrete, aggregates).
Ensure materials meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct or oversee tests on materials used, including soil compaction and concrete strength.
Ensure the project complies with environmental regulations, minimizing impact on surrounding ecosystems.
Incorporate sustainable design solutions to reduce pollution, runoff, and erosion.
Address concerns related to noise, dust, and traffic management during construction.
Advise on road maintenance strategies post-construction.
Monitor road conditions after completion and suggest improvements as needed.
Evaluate road durability and perform necessary repair assessments.
Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients to ensure the project aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of the project’s progress, including plans, reports, and approvals.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
