Perishables Business Development Manager – UAE/GCC

This is a high-impact role—where you’ll have full autonomy to develop business, forge key partnerships, and drive growth in the UAE and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and identify strategic growth opportunities in UAE/GCC.
Develop and implement a winning business development strategy for perishable logistics.
Build strong relationships with growers, exporters, importers, and supply chain stakeholders.
Leverage cold storage and operational capabilities to optimize exports from Kenya & Zimbabwe.
Position our company as the top choice for temperature-controlled logistics in the region.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven success in business development within UAE/GCC freight forwarding.
Experience with perishable goods logistics (fresh flowers, fruits, vegetables, seafood, or herbs).
Strong network in the logistics & supply chain sector, especially with multinational clients.
Self-driven and independent—this is a stand-alone role in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
