We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Travel Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in travel and tourism, with strong expertise in ticketing, visit visa processing, and hotel bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle global visa processing for various countries
- Manage UAE visa applications (tourist, visit, etc.)
- Perform flight ticketing and reservations
- Arrange and confirm hotel bookings based on client requirements
- Provide clients with accurate travel information and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, embassies, and hotels to ensure smooth processing
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
