We are seeking a highly organized Transportation Specialist to manage and coordinate transport operations for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This is a fast-paced, site-based contract role requiring strong logistics planning, real-time coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transportation operations for personnel, equipment, and materials
- Develop transport schedules, routing plans, and deployment strategies
- Coordinate with fleet providers, drivers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor vehicle utilization, movement tracking, and operational efficiency
- Manage transport requests, dispatching, and contingency planning
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and project protocols
- Handle on-ground issues, delays, and last-minute operational changes
- Prepare reports on transport performance and resource usage
🔹 Requirements
- 🇸🇦 Saudi Talent (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in transportation, fleet operations, or logistics coordination
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Experience managing drivers, vehicles, and dispatch operations
- Familiarity with tracking systems, scheduling tools, or transport management systems is an advantage
- GCC/Saudi experience preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English
