Job Title: Operations Coordinator – Limousine Services
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator – Limousine Services to oversee fleet management, customer service, compliance, and business development. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of RTA regulations, and the ability to ensure smooth daily operations of our luxury transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:1. Fleet & Driver Management:
Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of drivers to meet customer demands efficiently.
Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and fully compliant with RTA regulations.
Maintain updated records of driver licenses, permits, and company policy adherence.
Monitor GPS tracking systems to optimize fleet efficiency and ensure timely service.
2. Customer Service & Bookings:
Handle client inquiries, reservations, and bookings professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate VIP and corporate transportation requests, ensuring premium service.
Maintain prompt and professional communication with clients and drivers.
Address and resolve customer complaints or service-related issues effectively.
3. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all vehicles and drivers strictly adhere to RTA guidelines and company policies.
Maintain updated records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with insurance and legal requirements for limousine operations.
4. Business Development & Coordination:
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and strategies for business growth.
Coordinate with the finance and HR teams for invoicing, driver payroll, and operational budgets.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within the luxury transport industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transport, limousine operations, or a related sector.
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s road networks, traffic laws, and RTA regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
