Job Title: Transportation Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Transportation Coordinator with UAE experience to manage and coordinate transportation operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations, fleet coordination, route planning, and driver management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations
- Manage vehicle scheduling, route planning, and dispatch activities
- Monitor fleet movement and ensure timely deliveries/pickups
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation and safety regulations
- Maintain transportation records, fuel reports, and vehicle documents
- Handle vehicle maintenance schedules and renewal tracking
- Resolve transportation-related issues and provide operational support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Transportation Coordinator in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, transport regulations, and fleet operations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in fleet management and logistics coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and transportation tracking systems
- Ability to manage drivers and transportation schedules efficiently
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial companies
- Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
