We Middle East Mining and Minerals Co FZE operating in JSW Crusher Fujairah, having 50 + Crusher equipment such as ( Dumper, Excavator, shovel, Trucks etc to supply lime stone from crusher to jsw cement plant) We looking for Experience Transport Supervisor to look after our Equipment and operation
Transport Supervisor:
Job Profile:-
1) To keep updated status of all the Equipment’s with their operator / driver names on duty.
2) To allocate weekly washing, cleaning, greasing work to all the equipment’s one by one while giving rest and maintain rest schedule for all the equipment’s (Please note this schedule is different from the routine service/maintenance which is done by the workshop. However if any equipment is serviced and given rest by workshop then in that week, you shall not give additional rest)
3) You shall be provided 2 persons dedicated for this job and shall be reporting to you so that you can perform your work efficiently.
4) If any operator/driver has made minor dents, damage or driving carelessly, roughly which can cause damage to the equipment, call him in the panel of 3 persons and at least 2 persons shall be available, inquire, take class, give training, warning time whatever is necessary. In the first instant, benefit of doubt can be given to driver / operators and leave him with verbal/ gentle warning.
5) Road maintenance of crusher area, mines area shall be your responsibility.
6) In mines every dumper shall make 4 trips except in some special cases where the face is at extreme end of mines and in that case 3-3.5 trips shall be made. Every day you shall evaluate this and if less efficiency is achieved then reasons for those shall be studied in details and necessary corrective action to be taken to achieve our targets.
7) Similar things shall be followed for crusher to cement plant shifting, stock shifting. As stocks area are at different locations, so effective no of trips shall be decided by you.
8) Summer Special Care: As summer is coming soon, all necessary measures shall be taken to keep equipment cool and relax (means – over use shall not be there). All the double shift machines shall not work more than 10hours/shift (1 for lunch /drinner) 1hour shift change. In addition to this 10 hours weekly rest ( could be in2 slots, 1/2shift every 3 days). By this way no of hours work in a month shall be (20 x 30 working hours– 10 x 4 rest ) approx 550-560 ltr.

Salary as per Experience
Experience : Atleast 5 year Experience in GCC country.
