Anex Tour Tourism LLC is looking for an experienced Transport Operations Specialist to join our Operations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily transportation operations, supplier coordination, company fleet management, and ensuring efficient transport services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation operations and source vehicles from transport suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and manage transport supplier relationships.
- Plan vehicle requests and monitor supplier performance and transportation costs.
- Reconcile transport invoices and maintain accurate operational records.
- Manage the company-owned vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, breakdown coordination, and service scheduling.
- Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, technical inspections, and official documentation.
- Coordinate daily operations with the driver team.
- Ensure smooth transport services while considering UAE traffic conditions and operational requirements.
